On presents its new intelligent image perception solution at Vision China (Shanghai) 2025

1. The new smart iToF motion depth perception scheme

The solution is based on ON's first iToF sensor HyperluxTM ID, which can carry out high-precision long-distance measurement and three-dimensional imaging of fast-moving objects, achieve a breakthrough depth perception of up to 30 meters, and QE>40% at 940nm, perfectly adapted to multiple scenarios, helping the robot to make more accurate path decisions. It can also be used for 3D modeling and blind area complementation, which is the key to improving productivity and safety in complex industrial environments. At the same time, the scheme can also be applied to face recognition, gesture detection and 3D video conferencing scenes.

2.SWIR (Short-wave infrared) solution

SWIR solution beyond human vision, some high-density materials, gases, fabrics, etc., have a certain penetration ability, in the monitoring system, silicon wafer inspection, semiconductor inspection and other industrial machine vision applications play a vital role.

3. Efficient intelligent camera inspection solution

The solution is based on the AR2020, a 20-million-resolution sensor from the HyperluxTM IP family, with Smart ROI capabilities that significantly reduce the processing burden on the SoC or ISP back end. Provide better bandwidth with very low power consumption to help smart cameras achieve efficient AI detection.

4. High-speed industrial scanning code solution

The solution uses the 2 million resolution global shutter sensor AR0235 of the HyperluxTM SG series to significantly improve imaging clarity and motion artifacts compared to traditional solutions, ensuring that barcode information can be accurately identified in high-speed scanning scenes.

5. Ultra-high resolution industrial inspection scheme

The solution provides 100 million resolution, which will bring more efficient inspection results for industrial inspection such as semiconductor inspection, liquid crystal panel inspection, as well as astronomy, scientific research and other applications.
